We are a large dealership known for excellent customer service. We recently had a car stolen and recovered by LAPD. The car was towed here. They refused to tow the car back to us 5 miles away at our expense, and when we went to pick it up, they pushed it out into the street and said move it in 15 mins or we will re-impound it. These people are the worst scum of the earth! The other reviews confirm that. Businesses that treat customers like this do not last long. They will be gone soon...

I had my car tow away when I had been given a ticket the police said I don’t have to pay for nothing jiwt to pick up car but they told me the next day that I have to pay 500$ they a rip off I bought off the car for my birthday and they took it away from me they don’t want to give me my car back Nissan Altima 2005 don’t trust the government or police or anybody soon they would be gone .

Called numerous times forwarded to voicemail a couple and finally picked up. Towed it was busy that they would call me back but never did. Next day I went to a dress on poster and they had me go to a different address once I got there. This place is ridiculous no customer service or organization whatsoever

Screw this business! Wasn't open on time, had to wait 45 min till someone showed up. They are lot cockroaches, so if you get towed it is probably here. A total rip off.

Went in and the guy that was in the front desk didn't know anything. He said that he had to wait for his manger. I waited around 30 minutes just so he could help me out. And also it kind of hard to find the place. It's hidden.

Oh my gosh, I broke down on the 5 Freeway in my old car, with my little black chihuahua dog and my 92 year old granny and I called them and they said they'd be right there...so there I was in the left hand lane of the 5 freeway going north with all these mean people honking at me and my little chuhuahua drooling all over granny in 107 degree weather and this guy comes a long and hooks me up and tows me back to granny's house. I was so happy to get air conditioning that I jumped on the tow truck driver's lap and started licking his face and he didn't seem to mind at all! When we got there, I just gave them granny's credit card and then they took us home and the very next day, they towed my old car (the dog wasn't still in it...) to some Armenian guy's garage and he just told me to keep putting gas in the tank when that little red pointer gets near the E! Yes, they were great and I'd call them anytime you need a tow or some air conditioning or are stuck in the middle of the friggin Freeway! Herbert Spencer
